About Republic

Republic is embedded in the heart of Poplar at the historic East India Dock. It is less than a 15-minute walk from Chrisp Street Market, Aberfeldy Street and Poplar High Street. It is a space designed to welcome everyone: a creative campus where business meets education and our independent amenity, vibrant public realm and community programmes are filled with local people.

As well as being a home to universities and businesses, Republic is also the base for universities, training facilities, community organisations, gyms, a nursery, co-working spaces, restaurants and cafes. We’ve even got an ice cream parlour and a (soon to be opened) summer sandpit.

We are incredibly proud of what has been achieved at Republic and much of its success is down to the quality of occupiers who have made the campus their home. Together, we have forged a culture that fosters upskilling, local entrepreneurship and dynamic partnerships, with a ongoing commitment to the local community.
